FAQ:
How does the treatment work?
Using Bioresonance therapy we cancel out and eliminate the nicotine’s electromagnetic charge. This means that the cell memory of nicotine is removed and the body returns to the state prior to addiction. As a result, the body's own detoxification system is stimulated, eliminating all nicotine and other chemicals found in the tobacco that have been stored in the body over the years.
How long does it take?
The first treatment takes approximately 1 hour and the second one (if required) slightly longer. The nicotine cravings usually reduce dramatically within 24 hours.
How do I prepare myself?
We will email or post you the full instructions once you’ve booked but here are the main points:
Prior to the session:
-
Start drinking at least 2 litres of water per day for about a week prior to your treatment, great for the detox process.
-
Reduce stimulants like coffee and alcohol intake over a few days prior to the treatment; ideally do not have coffee or any other caffeinated drinks and alcohol for a couple of days prior to treatment.
-
It is strongly recommended that you take the following supplements: vitamin C, 1000mg morning and night, a multivitamin/mineral and a vitamin B complex daily. Start these as early as possible. Spirulina, a complete protein, may be helpful following the treatment to help you maintain a balanced blood sugar and control hunger and food cravings.
-
It is advisable to eliminate your sugar intake before the treatment.
-
Please inform us if you have a pacemaker, are haemophiliac or have had an organ transplant, or if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
On the day of treatment:
-
Do not have – alcohol, coffee, caffeinated drinks (e.g. Coke, V or other energy drinks), tea, peppermint tea, chocolate (this applies to the whole day of the treatment)
-
Do not take aspirin and other painkillers or anti-inflammatory medications, unless specifically prescribed by a medical practitioner. If you are taking any prescribed medications please continue with these, you may want to let your doctor know that you have stopped smoking. Do let us know what medication you are taking.
Please note: We work together for you to become a non-smoker!
It is important that you are serious about quitting and ready to do so at this time, as a second attempt at this therapy will result in a weaker reaction compared to the first one.
The BICOM Bioresonance Treatment is designed to reduce and eliminate the craving for nicotine but you must still choose not to smoke.
You need to mentally prepare yourself to quit smoking and start changing the thought patterns that you associate with smoking.
